Can I apply without prior VA experience?
We look for candidates with online work experience. Direct VA experience is a plus but not required — what matters most is reliability, strong English, and a willingness to learn.
Do VAs receive HMO or other benefits?
We provide a monthly health credit to support your wellbeing. While we don't currently offer HMO or government benefits, we're always working to improve what we offer our team.
What types of employment do you offer?
We offer both full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (20 hrs/week) positions. You work in your client's timezone with a consistent schedule.
Does Stellar Staff provide devices to VAs?
VAs use their own equipment. You'll need a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace. We provide all the software and tools.
