Stellar Staff’s origin story is rooted in an extraordinary encounter that our founder had with a virtual assistant. Much like countless other enterprising individuals, he faced the perennial challenge of finding exceptional talent. Without the resources of a dedicated HR department, sifting through a multitude of potential hires was a daunting task. However, a fortuitous meeting with a virtual assistant who could single-handedly replace two full-time employees changed everything.

The experience was so transformative that it ignited a desire to share this unique solution with others. Together with this remarkable virtual assistant, they began offering a matchmaking service to friends and family. This service not only disrupted the traditional HR model but also facilitated the seamless hiring of remote staff for small businesses through Stellar.

As the concept proved its worth, Stellar Staff was officially born.
