As a Talent Success Coordinator, Iris focuses on quality and client readiness. She screens candidate profiles, assesses role alignment, and conducts VA preparation calls before client interviews. Her role is to ensure only qualified, prepared, and suitable candidates move forward in the placement process.

Before Stellar Staff

Iris spent 10 years in the BPO industry supporting a complaints department, handling complaint reception and allocation to vendors and industry partners. She also ran data analysis and reporting to identify common complaint drivers and trends, which helped improve the complaint handling process.
