Our founder had the same problem you do: drowning in bad hires.

Then he found one who could replace two full-time employees. She showed up every day, communicated clearly, and solved problems without being told. It changed everything.
He realized other business owners were stuck in the same nightmare. So he started VA Support Now, later rebranded as Stellar Staff, to fix it.

What if my VA disappears or stops performing?
How long does it actually take to get a VA?
The search takes 5 to 10 business days. We handle the vetting, you interview 2 to 3 finalists, and you choose whom to hire.
How do I know they're actually working?
Time tracking, screen monitoring and webcam activity monitoring. You see exactly what they're doing and the work they're producing. No guessing.
Can I cancel if it's not working out?
Yes. No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 14 days' notice. If the fit isn't right, we also replace your VA for free.
Are they full-time and dedicated to my business?
Yes. 40 hours a week, working in your time zone, focused only on your business. Not juggling multiple clients.
What's the difference between you and Upwork or Fiverr?
