James Bureros

James is a Senior Client Success Manager who specializes in building strong client relationships, supporting and developing VAs, and resolving client concerns. Once a hire starts, James stays closely involved through regular check-ins, clear goals, and proactive support. When clients grow and need another hire, James helps map the next role.

Before Stellar Staff

James spent five years as a Team Leader in the BPO industry, followed by two years as an Operations Manager. He then spent two years as a Client Success Manager, supporting both clients and VAs, before joining Stellar Staff.

Outside of work

James is a triathlete and basketball player.
